Who We Are?

Welcome to Saint Andrew's Anglican Catholic Church, Tallahassee, Florida. We are a warm, accepting group of "pilgrims" on a journey--working our way to completion in Jesus Christ.

"I've found St. Andrew's Church to be a comforting respite from the frenetic pace of life, offering a quiet place of worship and prayer. The traditions, in verse and music, are timeless reminders that we are part of a larger faith community, past and present. Here you will find a humble and welcoming family of seekers in faith, who are warm and kind people most of all." -Carol

At the heart of our worship is the message that Christ came to redeem the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. We proclaim the God who has renewed all of creation in his Son, Jesus Christ. Through Christ, God has redeemed each of us and is helping us find strength, peace, and the abundant life.

We are "Anglicans" because our faith, worship, and orders were received through the Church of England. We are "Catholic" because we believe and practice the ancient and universal, or catholic, faith of the church. Like all Catholics, we preach the faith as it has been handed down through the ages, we center our worship on the Eucharist, or Mass, and use the 1928 Book of Common Prayer.

Come worship with us and be part of our community of faithful followers of Christ.
